By accessing and using the services of Locate Around — Sports Orienteering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Locate Around is a sports orienteering club in nature. Our main activities include:

• Learning to read topographic maps.
• Training in the correct use of the compass.
• Organizing recreational routes and competitions in forest environments.

Prohibited: The use of GPS tracking devices or phone location services, any espionage activity, automotive equipment, or road maps within the club's activities.

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1. User Rights: You have the right to participate in activities under safe conditions, to receive adequate instructions, and to be treated with respect.

3.2. User Obligations: You are obligated to:

• Follow the instructions of trainers and guides.
• Be in good health for physical activities in nature.
• Keep equipment (map, compass) in good condition.
• Respect the surrounding environment and forest rules.

3.3. Club Obligations: We commit to providing qualified instruction, basic equipment (if included), updated maps, and ensuring a safe environment for conducting activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

Participation in sports orienteering activities involves inherent risks associated with the natural environment and physical exertion. Locate Around is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of property, or other incidents resulting from participant negligence, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our direct control. Participants voluntarily assume these risks.
